4. Consultation Disclaimer

• The medical advice provided through our platform is based on the information supplied by you and is for informational purposes only.
• Our doctors exercise their professional judgement but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments for consultations and programmes are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed before the consultation or programme commences.
• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you have sufficient funds.
• Medpupil does not store your card or banking details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay under their terms of service.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history during the consultation.
• You shall not misuse the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute consultation sessions without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Medpupil Health Services and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medpupil Health Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
